Hashemite University

The Hashemite University is involved in many projects that are funded from International Organizations or Agencies, some of these projects are shown in the Table at the end of this introduction. The faculty of engineering and the Department of Mechanical engineering are committed to cutting-edge research, diverse creative activities is part of its interdictor plenary approach to education. Research is highly encouraged in the department and many research projects are currently conducted through the cooperation of faculty members. Areas of research include energy systems, renewable energies, desalination and water treatment, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, environmental systems, heat transfer, and internal combustion engines.
